This site exists to present the firm’s activity, provide information on our legal services, tax services and real estate services, publish informative legal content and make it easy to contact our team.

In accordance with article 21 LSSI-CE, we only send commercial communications by electronic means to those who have expressly requested them, or to clients in relation to services similar to those already engaged. Every message includes a simple, free method of opting out.

Any complaint concerning our services may be sent to info@antonasociados.es or to the firm’s registered office. We undertake to acknowledge receipt and provide a reasoned response as promptly as possible.

Clients may also address the Consumer and User Service of our Bar Association, provided for in article 73 of the General Statute of the Spanish Legal Profession, as well as the Bar Association’s Ethics Committee.

Please note that the European Online Dispute Resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025, following the repeal of Regulation (EU) 524/2013 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, and is therefore no longer an available route for complaints.

ANTÓN & ASOCIADOS ABOGADOS S.L. reserves the right to amend this Legal Notice to reflect legislative or case-law developments, or changes to the site itself. Amendments take effect once published on this page.

14. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the website, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Torrevieja, Alicante, unless a mandatory rule assigns jurisdiction elsewhere, in particular where the user is a consumer.
